day DO NOT need to pay any registration fee. Just fill this form
and post to the address given below. Send an electronic copy by
email to register AT chase DOT org DOT pk.

Completely FREE BOARDING AND LODGING will be provided to all the
international participants. 

AMOUNT ENCLOSED: 	Rs. 700/- Before Friday September 25, 2009.
			Rs. 900/- Before Friday October 23, 2009.
			Rs. 1000/- After Friday October 23, 2009 and on spot.

A confirmation email will be sent once the post has been received.
After the payment has been successfully transferred, a receipt will 
also be posted to your address as well which you should produce at 
the time of the event.

Refund and Cancellation
-----------------------
If a cancellation notification is received prior to October 30, 2009,
a partial refund of 75% of amount paid will be made. However, all
refunds will be processed one month after the event.

Important
---------
Invited speakers do not need to register. Primary speakers making
presentation in the conference also do not need to register. If there
are more than one authors for a paper, secondary authors need
registration. This relaxation is only for the first day. All are 
needed to register for the second day of the event.
